My professional perspective was featured in Highways.Today’s coverage of Trump Tower Tbilisi and the wider Downtown Tbilisi development, an approximately US$2 billion, six-tower mixed-use project. The article examines why major construction and investment projects depend on a coherent legal framework alongside architectural, engineering and financial planning.

I addressed the interaction between land and property rights, construction regulation, financing arrangements, developer obligations and investor protection, drawing on professional experience in construction litigation, complex development restructuring and representation of developers, investors and private property owners.
